  • Perfectly suited for Cotton, Polyester, Acrylic, and similar fibers, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of textiles. (Note: Not suitable for sublimation fabrics.)

Optimal Conditions for Use:

  • Temperature: A range of 266°F to 284°F has been found optimal for transferring designs.
  • Time: Requires only 8-10 seconds for a complete transfer.
  • Pressure: A medium-pressure setting ensures the best adherence and clarity.
  • Peel: Offers the flexibility of peeling warm or cold, tailored to your convenience and workflow.

How to Use: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1 – Printing on PET Film: Set your printer to mirror printing mode and print your design onto the PET film using compatible pigment inks for sharp, vibrant results.

Step 2 – Application of Hotmelt Powder: Distribute the hotmelt powder evenly over the printed surface, then tap off any excess to avoid clumping.

Step 3 – Drying and Melting: To dry and melt the powder, use either a conveyor belt set to 248°F or a heat press adjusted to 293°F for 20 seconds. Test settings before production

Step 4 – Transferring the Design: Use a heat press at 266°F for 10 seconds or 284°F for 8 seconds to transfer your design onto the fabric, ensuring precise and vivid transfers. Test settings before production

Step 5 – Peeling: Peel off the film while it's warm or after cooling based on your preference, revealing a stunning matte finish.
