Product Description

Pulsar - Control your EOM with exposure and no chemical development

Pulsar is an innovative stencil system offering the industry's easiest, fastest method of making photographic stencils for solvent inks and mesh counts above 230/inch (90/cm.).

Reclaims easily with modern stencil removers like Ulano No. 4 Stencil Remover Liquid or Ulano No. 5 Stencil Remover Paste.

  • Resolution: 80 -100 microns (3 -4 mils) - Exceptional imaging fidelity
  • Control of emulsion over mesh thickness (EOM), with exposure
  • Wide processing latitude
  • Excellent solvent resistance
  • Completely processed with un-heated tap water
    Fewest processing steps
  • User friendly - No A+B chemical development step after exposure
  • No image distortion from swelling
  • No temperature-controlled washout require
  • No developer required - Wash out with tap water
  • No mesh influence during exposure - Less costly white mesh can be used
  • Easy to reclaim
  • Can be used with a wide variety of mesh counts 156 and finer
  • Precise, reproducible control of EOM (emulsion over mesh) thickness with exposure - Control of ink deposit and ink costs
  • Indirect stencils can be inspected off-mesh - Eliminates time-consuming makeovers
  • Fastest press-ready system -Less labor and production time -High volume stencil throughput
  • No emulsion haze or pigment stains to post-treat
  • Special layering system allowing for wide exposure gradient
  • Flat polyester backing sheet in place during drying
  • Low Rz value and thin
  • EOM No piling ink tone skewing ("PITS")
