Product Description
Viper Venom for light color polyester garments is a new pretreatment for direct to garment printers. When properly applied, Viper Venom polyester pretreatment provides superior garment preparation and ink adhesion characteristics for incredible printing and wash fastness on light color 100 percent polyester and 50/50 poly/cotton garments. It was designed for most DTG water-based CMYK ink sets. Controlled and consistent application is recommended for best printing and wash results. Apply using an automated pretreating machine, such as our Viper XPT, for more consistent and repeatable applications.

Viper Venom light color polyester pretreatment is available in 1 liter, 2 liter, 4 liter, 20 liter sized containers to better suit any sized business.

Having problems printing Light Colored Polyester? Not any more!
Normally, light colored polyester fabrics have always been difficult to print on. The ink would bleed and colors were not very vibrant. However customers still requested printing on them, and now there is a cure!

Apply Viper Venom for Light Colored Polyester with a spray bottle and then cure with a heat press before printing. The difference between treated and untreated can be seen Below note the treated shirt has blacker blacks and more vibrant colors, image clarity and fine detail on small text is also greatly improved (inset).

Viper Venom is a great addition to any DTG shop that needs to print on light colored polyester fabrics. Of course testing is necessary as some polyester will work better than others.

In short, light colored 100% polyester performance garments are no longer a headache and create another profit center for DTG shops.

Note: The Viper Venom is designed for light colored polyesters. It will not work with white ink or allow printing of light colored inks on dark fabrics.
