Heat seal material, specifically formulated for ink jet solvent and eco solvent based inks – printing and cutting systems. Evolution print™ is a high opacity material, thin digital media incredibly soft to the hand; its stretch-and-rebound is simply amazing With a Polyester backing. Suitable for non-coated fabrics.

ColorPrint Evolution is a high opacity digital media with a matte finish, incredible soft hand, and amazing stretch! ColorPrint Evolution is very thin and, therefore, allows more flexibility and ease of use. No dry time is required; however, the ink is not cured until it is heat applied. This revolutionary digital media is on a pressure sensitive carrier, so once it is masked, we recommend placing it back on the paper carrier. ColorPrint Evolution has been specifically designed for inkjet solvent and eco-solvent based inks, as well as printing and cutting systems.

Use on:
100% polyester
100% cotton
All poly/cotton blends
Lycra/spandex

Testing:
We encourage testing on a fabric swatch prior to production, especially on heavily treated fabrics.

Application:
1. Print and cut design using your choice of software and printer
2. Weed the exceeding material
3. Remove entire sheet from cutter and allow to dry
4. Mask image using Uni Mask to remove the image from backing and prepare it for application
5. Preheat garment at temperature of 320F degrees for 4 seconds
6. Position logo on garment
7. Heat apply at 320F degrees for 15 seconds, firm pressure
8. Peel mask while hot
9. It is recommended to wait a few hours before stretching the garment

Washing instructions:
1. Wait 24 hours after heat transfer to wash
2. Wash inside out
3. Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemical agents
4. Do not dry clean or tumble dry
