RANAR EXPOSURE UNIT XP2848

The XPO-2848 Exposure Unit, is designed for high production screen making for the ever popular over size t-shirt prints. This ultraviolet exposure unit has capacity for (1) 28"x 48" inch, (2) 24"x 28", or the 23"x 31" automatic screen frames. Features include focused 40-watt black light fluorescent bulbs, digital count down timer, and a vacuum, using a rubber blanket to draw down your film positive and screen to the clear glass to promote good film to screen contact--a key factor in high quality resolution silk-screening stencils. The XPO-2848 has an optional SD-2848 screen dryer which is stackable to save space and is an important part of your screen exposure system.

The CURESTAR 4000 Infrared Conveyor Dryer, is the most affordable and economical 8'ft dryer for the silk screen printing market, period. Rated at 200 shirts per hour, using a 4000 watt (1) 24''x 24''heater in a 4 ft insulated tunnel achieves the lowest energy cost per unit average compared to our competitors. RANAR offers many features that other manufacturers charge extra for, such as a quality solid state heat control, adjustments for temperature, panel height, gates, and belt speed. These make setting up different applications on this conveyor dryer a snap. Crowned rollers for easy belt tracking and a 24''inch wide belt, allows Silk Screened garments printed with plastisol ink such as t-shirts, jackets, sweats, hoodies, and jerseys to be cured with ease.

BLACKLINE'S KDL WASHOUT BOOTH
