Application

Recommended for removal of all tupes of photo-polymer, diazo, or capillary film on all tyoes of screen mesh. Using a plastic container, mix a standard strength solution by dissolving 1.5oz by weight to a gallon of water. for removal of stubborn or resistant emulsion coating, a double solution may be necessary.

Instructions

• apply solution liberally to both sides of an ink free screen. This may be done by pouring onto the screen, spray with a spray bottle, or dipping the screen into a plastic tray containing the solution. scour with a mcscrub brush to assist stencil removal
• allow solution to stay on screen up to 5 minutes. Do not allow solution to dry on screen.
• Using a high pressure water spray washout screen thoroughly. Follow by degreasing to make screen ready for immediate re-use.
