Identifying the print side is effortless, thanks to its matte surface. At 83µm thickness, Color Prime offers durability without compromising on quality. For optimal results, follow the suggested curing temperature guidelines: 125°C (257°F) for shaker machines and 140°C (284°F) for desktop curing ovens.
Transfer your designs seamlessly with suggested temperatures of 160°C (320°F) for 10 to 15 seconds. Compatible with any DTF roll printer on the market, Color Prime is specifically designed for the Prestige A4 DTF Printer Line, ensuring compatibility and exceptional performance.
The application process is straightforward:
- Print the image onto the matte side of the film in mirror mode.
- Apply hot melt powder evenly and remove excess powder.
- Cure the hot melt powder using the suggested temperatures.
- Transfer the image using a heat press at medium pressure, following the suggested temperature and time guidelines.
- Complete the process with a hot peel to gently remove the film.
- For an enhanced softer hand feel, heat press again at 137°C (280°F) for 5 seconds with medium pressure.
